- Supply shall be for Cinepolis de México, S.A. de C.V.
- Power Purchase Agreement signed for 20 years. All authorization necessary for project execution has been granted (CRE, CFE, SEMARNAT, INAH, DGAC, etc.).
- Start of Construction: June 2013.
- Own Land: 100 hectares.
- 12 km transmission line (12 different owners, lands signed).
- Operation Tests: October 2014 – November 2014.
- Start of operation: December 2014.
